Lifetime Warranty

Blaze side burners have a lifetime warranty that warrants against any defects in the manufacturing and workmanship on the control valves, cooking grid, stainless steel housing, stainless steel burner and all other stainless steel components. The control valves are warrantied for fifteen (15) years while electrical and ignition components are covered for one (1) year after the date of purchase.

This item needs to to have a design improvement.

The burners work just fine; no problem with the functionality of the burners themselves. However, when we had this double side burner installed in our outdoor kitchen, we didn't know that it couldn't be exposed to the weather. Even with the lid on the burners, all of the rain seeps around the edge of the burner and flows down into the drip pan and into the double drawers that were installed underneath the burners, so we cannot store anything in the drawers because everything gets wet and rusts! We have attached a rubber gasket to the lid, thinking that would do it, but it didn't work. We have sealed around the burners' edges on the granite and that didn't work. We have spent a good deal of money and time trying to resolved this issue, but to no avail. We have asked an engineer to look at it, and he said it's just a bad design. We can't figure out how the rain gets down in the burners so that we can try to fix it. I wish someone had told us that these burners had to be under cover or a porch. We are very disappointed that we can't keep water out of the drip pan and the drawers beneath the side burners.

A little disappointing

The burners are pretty weak. With my old grill, I used to cook bacon on the side plate in about 5-6 min. With this burner on max it takes about 16 min. I wrote bbq guys to see what the deal was and after talking with blaze they said this burner is for cooking soups or vegetables... not cooking bacon!! Never heard that one before.. I'd research alternatives as I'm pretty disappointed in this product.

Hi Janet. The Blaze LTE Side Burner will include the connections for a separate 20-pound tank. However, your licensed installer may be able to use fittings to connect both appliances to the same tank.

The burner came with a 5/16th hose but I need a longer hose. All I can find locally is a 1/4 inch propane hose. Will this work with the grill?

When will my item arrive?

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can’t be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don’t require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren’t required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you’re home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you’re out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
