Warranty
Blaze side burners have a lifetime warranty that warrants against any defects in the manufacturing and workmanship on the control valves, cooking grid, stainless steel housing, stainless steel burner and all other stainless steel components. The control valves are warrantied for fifteen (15) years while electrical and ignition components are covered for one (1) year after the date of purchase.

Just built a new house in the Texas Hill country. My nephew had recommended that I buy from BBQGUYS. That along with the many commercials I had seen with the Mannings had convinced me to get my new Blaze BBQ grill from them. To say the least I was very impressed with the customer experience. From the start of the process to the delivery of the grill, everything went smoothly. I was extremely satisfied with the support that I received from the order team, as well as the delivery team. Just had installed so can't validate if it works well but immediately noticed the lid scratches at corners from movement. Really should have bumpers there.

My main issue is that I can't get temp as low as I need. When grilling vegetables I have to turn grill off and on to eliminate burning. There is no simmer to it. I am also recently have difficulties igniting but this may be a wind issue. I have had my burner for about 6 mo.

The flame level for high and low is identical , they came out to adjust it and it didn't make a difference whatsoever .. so you're basically cooking on high heat ...

Great question Vladik! After the cut outs are made according to the specifications, this side burner is simply dropped into the counter top cut out; it is held in place by the side flanges. When will my item arrive?

If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
