| Keeps eggs from running away!Love the omelet ring. Especially considering the "levelness" of the griddle. My scrambled eggs end up running to the rear of griddle immediately. So, the omelet ring is nice to keep things centrally located. Fried eggs are just as easy without the smaller rings.
