Introducing the newly designed GENESIS grill that allows you to prep, sear, and serve everything outside, where the party is. The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. Once food is ready, easily transfer it to the large prep & serve table, making for a seamless prep-to-serve grilling experience. Make food never thought possible in a grill with the WEBER CRAFTED Outdoor Kitchen Collection. Sear, roast, bake, steam, and even stir-fry by simply replacing the grate with a variety of custom-fit grillware (grates included, grillware and frame sold separately). Grill multiple steaks at once on the extra-large sear zone, so that everyone is eating those perfectly seared steaks at the same time. The Secondary cooking grate creates a large, second level of grilling capacity so that you can execute an entire meal at one time. Prep dinner and serve apps outside, where the party is, on the extra-large prep & serve table. It fits multiple serving trays and cutting boards, so that everything is within reach. Spend less time cleaning with the new and improved grease management system. Simply pull the grease tray out and scrape it away. | Powerful and Predictable GrillI'd previously owned a natural gas Weber Grill at my old house in Michigan, and loved it. I've also had great results with my small portable Weber Q gas grill when camping and tailgating. So when I moved to coastal North Carolina I purchased this new style Weber E-325 Genesis for my deck. Ace Hardware wasn't able to assemble it for me quickly so I did it myself. It was moderately difficult, but the instructions were easy to follow and assembly took me about 2.5 hours. The grill works great, cooks evenly, and the new Sear Zone is good for searing steaks or ahi tuna. My only issue was the grills wear resistance in a coastal environment since we're right on the ocean, and grills seem to corrode more quickly here. I was getting dark spots on the stainless side trays, and white spots on the cast main grill sides I couldn't remove with soapy water. Emily D from Weber support reached out and recommended I use Barkeeper's Friend to clean them, which worked out great. My grill now looks new again (it's only 2 months old) and hopefully this occasional cleaning regime will keep it looking good for years to come. | Was This Helpful? |

| Great improvements over previous modelsWe replaced a 14 year old Genesis. This model greatly improved the lid structure, base and doors. The best part is the front-to-back alignment of the burners plus the sear burner. Works just as described. Our first steaks came out great.
