Full-Featured Griddle at an Affordable Price
The griddle body is all stainless steel, and the 7-gauge steel cooking surface offers 665 square inches of cooking space. The cooking surface's porcelain coating has been specially formulated to resist chips and scratches, so you don't have to worry about rust or needing to keep the surface seasoned. In the front right corner, there's a large opening to drain grease and fat into the removable grease tray below. This opening is big enough drain even the biggest chunks of fat and grease without getting clogged, making cleanup incredibly simple.
4 Burners & Reliable Ignition
Each burner in this gas griddle packs 12,000 BTUs, plenty of power to reach searing temperatures over 700 degrees Fahrenheit. Battery-free piezo ignitors reliably light each burner.
Ample Prep Space & Plenty of Cart Storage
Two side shelves offer convenient prep space while you cook and fold down for easier storage when the griddle is not in use. The left shelf includes 3 tool hooks, while the right shelf has rail for holding spatulas and knives. The Victory griddle's cart features 2 large middle shelves, 2 shelves in the right end cap, a propane tank holder on the left end cap, and heavy-duty locking casters for mobility and stability. Victory offers a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and conditions on the stainless steel exterior of the griddle. The stainless steel burners and coated steel cooking top are warrantied for fifteen (15) years, the valves are warrantied for two (2) years, and the ignition is warrantied for one (1) year. Labor is not included.
