| Pleased!I ordered the Brisket Blend pellets and have used them on several recipes. My favorite is the Corn Beef where you soak the corn beef for 8 hrs in water changing every 2 hrs. Then Pat dry and use the Traeger Brisket spice blend. Recipe calls for smoking then I finish in foil and beer. Awesome! | Was This Helpful? |
