This Outdoor GreatRoom Company Legacy Cook Number 24 Inch Gas Grill features a 304 grade, 18 gauge stainless steel exterior; a double walled hood; built in temperature probe that beeps when food reaches your desired temperature; warming rack; 625 sq inches of cooking surface (including the warming rack); and a stainless steel cart with single access door, two side shelves, and swivel casters. The patented Legacy Cook Number Grilling System has ten precision settings allowing you to set the grill, insert the temperature probe, and walk away. Exclusive Even Heat convection technology eliminates hot and cold spots, preventing burning and maximizing the grills 30,000 BTUs to keep your tank full longer. Eliminating the need for an infrared backburner, the Air Rotisserie convection system superheats and circulates the air - moving the heat, not the meat! The distinctive Shift-Searing system allows you to move the burner with a unique shift lever on the control panel - shift up to grill, roast, or bake, and shift down to focus high temperature on the searing plates. One dial does it all. There is one burner, one valve, and one ignitor. At a cost of just 10-15 cents per hour, this grill will help you go green and conserve energy while still cooking powerfully.
