Saber warrants the fabricated stainless steel components (lids, lid inserts, exterior fire box and cart panels), to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for the lifetime of the product. Saber warrants the stainless steel burner tubes and carryover tubes a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase. Saber warrants the stainless steel cooking grates, emitters, warming racks and porcelain enameled warming racks, grates, and burner box for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase. Saber warrants all painted parts and any other parts not specifically mentioned above for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. Saber will replace the part which fails or is found to be defective during the warranty period, at no cost to the original purchaser. Owner shall be responsible for proper installation, providing normal care and maintenance, and providing proof of purchase upon request

 | The best grill I've ever boughtWe bought the Saber 330 grill last year and have been EXTREMELY pleased in every aspect. We grill two or three times a month and are still using the original tank of gas where as our old grill went through one and a half tanks over the summer! The grill heats up quickly and continues to cook after the gas is turned off! EVERY piece of meat, beef, chicken and pork, came out juicy due to Saber's ability to sear with the inferred heating. The grill is WELL built. Everyone who has seen it comments on how heavy the lid is and how it appears that it will last forever. We have had two minor issues (a failed thermometer and a failed igniter). I contacted Saber via their contact form and the VERY NEXT DAY they contacted me to tell me the part was being mailed. I was really very surprised at how easy it was to assemble. The heat is evenly disbursed, it is very easy to clean and it has a neat and compact look. | Exceptional qualityVery nice grill system. This thing sizzles. Heats up quickly to really hot. I had to learn to turn it down for normal cooking. | Super Grill for the PriceBought this for the stainless (almost everywhere, vs. Genesis), indirect (IR?) heating (cuts way back on flaring, saves gas), and the size (bought the 2 burner). 2 1/2 hrs to assemble, directions were clear, only need for two people was to place the grill on the cart. Cart is sturdy, rolls very smoothly. Solid warranty also. Had it a month, cooked steaks (reverse sear), burgers, chops, & corn so far. Works very well. Heats up very quickly and to a very high temp, so be careful if you're looking for medium heat - bring it up low and slow. Even the two burner can handle Reverse Sear using off-burner cooking. Could use a thermometer above the grill (in the lid?) for some guidance, but a Thermapen is best anyway. | Was This Helpful? |
