Perfect for large families and gatherings, the Louisiana Grills LG800 Elite series pellet grill delivers world class BBQ. This versatile wood pellet grill offers the capability to bake, roast, braise, smoke, grill, sear, char-grill and BBQ with ease on your backyard patio. The body of the grill is constructed from heavy-duty steel with powder coat finish for durability, and a stainless steel lid, front tray, grease tray, and cabinet doors. The LG800 Elite main level cooking grate features 590 square inches of porcelain-coated cast iron, with an upper rack offering 248 square inches, of porcelain-coated steel, for a comprehensive 838 square inches of cooking space. The Digital Control Center lets you set your desired grilling temperature and will automatically maintain that temperature during the grilling process, so you do not have to worry about continuously feeding your grill pellets. With the included smart food probe, you can set your desired internal temperature of your food and the grill will automatically go into the smoke mode when that temperature is reached, preventing over cooking. With the large stainless steel burn grate installed in the burn pot and the flame broiler in the open position, you can reach temperatures up to 600 degrees for fast and fiery grilling. Fan-forced convection cooking ensures even temperatures throughout the grilling area for even smoking and baking while also removing the need for a rotisserie. The proprietary exhaust system vents smoke out of the rear of the grill and away from the grill master. The natural wood pellets feed into the burn pot where they are automatically ignited. The hopper features a capacity of 12 pounds. The lid thermometer enables you to monitor the temperature inside the grill and the grease drawer catches run off grease from the flavor guard. The LG800 Elite cart has a solid bottom enclosed cabinet for storage, heavy-duty casters for easy mobility, a spice and sauce rack, bottle opener, and a side shelf with a towel rack and tool hooks.

| Solid grillUpgraded from the LG900 to this 800 elite. LG900 was a good grill but this 800 elite is definitely a step up. Can tell it's built better and is heavier. Hence why it's more money. Thought about a Traeger but ultimately I didn't want to lose my ability to open the flame up like I can on the Louisiana. Great grill for the money compared to others. | Awesome grillI bought this grill in October. Can't tell you how easy it is to use. And the flavor of everything cooked is unbelievable. I use it for all meats from fish to chicken and wild game.
