Liked the speed that my grill was delivered. The grill looks cheaply made, but is exactly what i expected. Performance has not been tested yet, but it should be fine. This is a good grill for the price , no frills.

If you're tired of wasting a hugh amount of charcoal just to grill a couple of burgers, you need one of these. It will pay for itself in no time. And the Depot has top notch service, and A+ customer support. Stop procrastinating and buy yours now!

BRITTLE RECYCLED STEEL, EASILY BREAKS & CRACKS, AS IN MY CASE-one grate\'s broken into & a structure crack is forming on its main body...NOTE: I place no blame on BBQGuys & would gladly use them again for my grilling needs. Several months ago, my wife bought me this \"Cast Iron\" (or the lack thereof) Hibachi from BBQGuys.com. BBQBoy\'s service in getting it to us was as advertised; OUTSTANDING. But the Hibachi IS NOT & I DO know what I\'m talking about. there is traditional \"Cast Iron\" then there\'s junk as one sees in this product. This is traditional Brazilian recycled metal. There are ZERO reg\'s on how it\'s fired, no reg\'s on temperature controls & no reg\'s to extract foreign alloys; so they don\'t The end product is an extremely brittle metal that easily cracks. U one insists on a Hibachi, go to eBay, be patient & an old said product will show up in auction form. Be ready to fork of $$$ bc U & half the world will be bidding on it. For an older model, expect to pay $100 or more but it will be worth it in the long run. Lulow McIntyre

While I have a large charcoal grill that works well when I cook for larger groups, I wanted something that would require less effort, less charcoal, but deliver the high heat for searing when I'm just cooking for myself or one guest. I had tried a more expensive portable grill and was very disappointed. This product fills the bill!

Having been used to using a large gas grill, I'm going to have to get used to lighting charcoal all over again. Patience, patience. After many years I find myself struggling with the difficulties of cooking for one. I bought this little cutie because I prefer certain meats grilled and I enjoy the ambiance of outdoor cooking. I got what I expected: small surface, portable, cute. The only problem occurred when trying to attach the handle to the grilling surface. A portion of the material was not cleaned out after casting so the spot where the handle attached was filled in and I had to go after it with a hammer and chisel. Not a big deal but it does cost one Star.

This product is great for use when you live in an apartment. Takes up little space, uses a lot less charcoal than a larger grill. So far, there has been nothing detrimental i can find to say about it.

My wife uses it and loves it. Perfect for two retired people. Able to use half grill surface or whole surface for larger jobs.

Produces the best grilled steaks. Better than gas or large 'pot' grills.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
