Let's see I ordered my grill on January 3rd 2024, after 2 weeks I reached out via the "chat with us" option, and was told it would be released in 72 hours. Still didn't receive it. Then at the end of January I reached back out via phone call. spent about 40 minutes on the phone, just to re-enter my payment method. Everything said it was fine and went through, however still nothing. Now its February 8th, and i'm getting a second email asking me to review my grill I never received. Get your website fixed please!!!

I rated the edge electric grill, one star because it has not yet been delivered to me. It has been a very long wait, I have no idea when it will be delivered, and I have heard nothing from your company until this premature rating email.

Never would have thought a electric grill. Can perform as well as a gas grill. Also no fire flair ups. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought this grill this month; it arrived today 12/7/23. Shortly after it arrived I was able to put it together by myself in minutes, the instructions were very easy to follow. I am very pleased with the shipping time and handling but what I most admire is the complete product all assembled together. I can't wait to use it. I usually grill around the Spring outside in the courtyard of my building, with the seniors, friends and neighbors we usually celebrate 4th of July with an international flare, all guest invited usually bring a dish representing their native heritage along with the traditional all - American BBQ fixings. we have a good time, grilling, playing cards, dominoes, music, games for the kiddies and music. I usually give out goodie bags for all who attends at the end. Thank You Char-Broil, this grill will surely make a statement at my future cookouts.

What I like: Rapid and precise heating; Uniform temperature over the cooking surface; Simple to use and no flare-ups; Less mess than charcoal; Reduced cost over propane cooking. What I don't like: The cover height over the grill surface needs to be higher to cook taller foods; There needs to be more, and more constant, grill heat to maintain a smoker box; Food lacks smoky flavor (chicken tastes more like it was oven-cooked).

If you must have an electric grill, this is the one to have. We live in a condo and cannot have an LP or charcoal grill on our deck. Previously we had an electric grill made by another major manufacturer. It did okay but wasn't great. The Edge is much better. It does a better job of cooking, the temperature is more controllable, and it has a self-cleaning feature. Neat! Assembly is relatively easy, and the materials and workmanship appear to be very good.

How are you cleaning your grill? We recommend cleaning with a nylon grill brush and either soapy water or a grill cleaning spray. We also recommend seasoning the grates with high burning oil, such as canola oil, to help make cleaning easier, prevent food from sticking, and prolong their life. Love the grill so far and customer service was great as we needed a replacement part. The only thing I'm not sure about are the aluminum grates. They are a little hard to keep clean so we are going to try using the carbon steel griddle.

I enjoy the temperature control and self cleaning features. The grill is great for small portions but lacks the capacity for larger tasks. I tried grilling nine sandwiches and found the first side beautifully toasted but the second side was not.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
