Great quality grill, has lasted two years with at least 4-5 grill sessions per week. I wish i would've gotten a bigger grill is the only problem. I will buy no other brand than Napoleon in the future.

Nice, well designed grill. Relatively easy to assemble, some parts have changed since the document was published. Very easy to control the temperature of the grill. Have cooked burgers on the grill and used on indirect heat to reheat some pulled pork. Simply love it! Very versatile.

I've had the Rogue for over a year now. This grill is very well built, and has performed flawlessly. The stainless grates that came with mine, clean easily with just a quick brush.

Overall it is a very good grill! I do have occasional issues with air in the lines when I start up. Turn all burners on close lid. When I come back 10-minutes later it is spitting and sputtering until I redo the startup sequence.

So far its working fine.ss grill gratesstay clean with very little maintenance. Temps are steady even if it's windy. Still need a little more time to see if it will Maintain its performance and 4 rating.will follow up on review.

I really love this Barbeque the Rogue 415, perfect for me, and my family. One thing was it had a bent side panel corner where it attaches to the base plate, which I discovered when trying to assemble it, it would not fit because of this small bent tab/corner. I used some tape to protect the paint, and used pliers and channel locks to bend it back to where it would have been before it was bent It was bent before being shipped. It was a small issue, and really not too noticeable visually, if I were my wife, she would have needed to work with Napoleon to get a new part. Quality Control probably should have caught this. But I love the Barbeque and was able to fix the bent part easily.

Great purchase and so well constructed. Still getting use to even cooking temperature on surface compared to my previous grills from the big box stores. What a waste of money those grills are. The infrared heat is an adjustment to getting use to. Five Stars and my forever grill 👍👍!!

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
