Used a friend's, loved it, bought it. This thing is a beast.
Bought this 1.5 years ago. Have had problems with it since day 1. Catching fire, not staying at temp you name it. Have had people out once to look at it and replace parts. Finally after a month of back and forth they sent parts out for it. Now it's another month for a shop to come out to repair it yet again. My old traeger was great but not worth upgrading. I wish they would just buy it back so I can buy one that works from another company. Great thanksgiving without having it and who knows if it will work long enough to survive Christmas.

My first cook was flawless! Built sturdy (not light) this thing is heavy duty. The multi-level cooking racks are a very nice feature. I was able to put a full packer brisket on the middle shelf with a drip pan under on the bottom shelf. The pellet hopper holds plenty of pellets and the hopper dump is a very cool feature. The controller is easy to use and easy to read. The WiFi lets you control the whole unit remotely. So far so good. Smoked an excellent brisket on its first cook. I'm looking forward to using it some more. (Only two things #1 it needs a light and #2 the wood board is just for show)

Could not be happier with this grill. It replaced a 5 year old Traeger that was still working, I just couldn't pass up all the new technologize. If you have not seen this in action I suggest you check it out.
I've had my Timberline 1300 for 5 months and I am very happy with it.
I have two Traegers and one Green Mountain. The 1300 is the worst i have ever had. It constantly has problems and if it lights has flame-ups. Customers service is good about sending part but for the cost i should not have to call them so much. It is my last Traeger. PS my old Traeger still works great.

This is an awesome smoker. I've been waiting awhile trying to find the one out there, and I'm glad that I went with Traeger. My buddy told me to go with the size bigger than what I thought that I would use. Boy was he right the 1300 has plenty of room for me to smoke all different types of foods all at the same time. A great product!

This is the best smoker I have ever purchased. I have a Big Tex that I have used for the past 17 years and it still works very well. I just decided to get something a little newer. and man am I glade I did! this is a very well constructed smoker all of it is heavy gauge steel construction and the interior is all heavy gauge stainless steel and the new WiFire controller is awesome, and very easy to use. I passed the Big Tex on to my son. Traeger did a great job on this TIMBERLINE 1300, It is awesome!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
