Everything about the grill is exceptional. The solid construction of each element, from the control knobs to the double-lined hood, coupled with its simple and efficient design makes this grill outstanding. The heat distribution is not perfect, but more than acceptable. And the 64,000 BTUs' generate rapid cooking times. And these people stand behind their product / guarantee. I had an issue with several of my stainless steel grill -- they had warped somewhat -- within days I had received new grills.

purchased my blaze 32"--bbq--with liner and dual stainless doors at shoppers choice-- extremely happy with the service and quality of this bbq and I highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about a value and a quality bbq---built it in to my outdoor kitchen-- highly recommend this company to deal with!!! will certainly buy from them for other items from there site-- quality top notch----!!!!!!! very great warranty also---so they stand behind there product! bbq reaches temp very quickly and was an easy install

Wow, what an amazing grill. It stays really hot, have a perfect control, you can put infrared burner inside... Nothing to tell about it. Perfect BBQ, except the thermometer that doesnt show the temperature, but who care, 99% of thermometer on gas grills aren't accurate, this one is accurate, but you need to learn the temperature because it goes really hot.

Have used the grill a couple times now and it has been great! Quality is very good! Heats up to about 600 degrees in a matter of minutes. Separate burner features are nice for separating out different foods. Doesn't have a custom grill cover and hopefully that is made soon!

I am so happy with the decision my husband and I made to get this Blaze Grill! We shopped around for a long time looking for a built-in grill for our new outdoor kitchen that wouldn\'t break the bank. This grill has all the features we liked in more expensive grills, a great warranty and feels really solid. We were really impressed with how evenly it grills and how easy it is to clean, with the grease tray that pulls out. My husband is really excited about the heat zone separators, so he can grill different foods at different temperatures at the same time. And it\'s all stainless steel, so we should be able to enjoy it for a long time!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
