| So HandyWe love barbecuing but I've never had a grill pan like this for doing things like fish and veggies and I can't tell you how many times I've had fish filets or potato rounds fall through the grill! This solves that problem. The pan is built well and has a good weight to it and I totally appreciate that the holes in the bottom are condensed together enough to keep food from falling through but large enough to still allow the food to cook and absorb that yummy barbecue flavor. It's supposedly nonstick but I find that I like to add a light layer of cooking spray or oil regardless. This is going to get so much use this summer! | Was This Helpful? |
| Great way to grill smaller thingsThis grill platter is good for grilling smaller things that would usually fall through the grates. I've been using it for veggies and fish and it has worked well. | AverageGreat idea that could be a bit better. It does hold vegetables and other items that you don't want to fall through the grill, but things do stick to it slightly. | It's just OKAYI was super excited to try this Cuisinart Simply Grilling Non-stick Grilling platter. It has a sleek design great for grilling small and delicate foods that would normally slip through regular grills. I tried this out three times and I do have some pros and cons about the grilling platter. The pros: -It holds small foods. -Assists in Cooking foods evenly. -It has a Non Stick coating that helps glides foods without adding oil spray. -Easy clean up. It doesn't require a lot of scrubbing The cons: -The platter didn't even exceed 300 degrees before it started warping and tilting. -with it warping, it caused my food to slide off the platter. -it's not heavy duty, it's a little flimsy on the grill. -Not dishwasher safe. Left a residue on the platter after being in the dishwasher Overall It's just okay. I would find something else to cook small foods on. | Was This Helpful? |
