Broil King offers a limited lifetime warranty on the cookbox (which includes lid, control panel & housing). The stainless steel Dual-Tube burners is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for ten (10) years. The stainless steel Flav-R-Wave cooking system, stainless steel grates are warranted for five (5) years. All remaining parts and paint are warranted for two (2) years.

 | Great grillI bought this grill in 2014 and have used it year round since. This grill stays outside but is covered. I just this spring of 2023 replaced all burners a flavor wave pieces. | A lot of BBQ for the moneyThe Sovereign series is an older design, but I wanted the cast firebox, 9mm stainless steel grids and the larger rear wheels for easy relocation. It also had all the additional features that I was looking for such as the rotisserie, rear and side burners. I find that getting to and holding a temperature setting is very easy. Things to Love:
Broil King's Sovereign Series Gas Grills are a good value, at great price points, and have many solid features. I really like the Stainless Steel Dual Tube Burners. This Dual Tube design creates an efficient double row of flame, powered by a high BTU which results in solid, high heat output.
The Sovereign Series also feature the Broil King Stainless Steel Flav-R-Wave flame tamers which are great. I love the heavy gauge 9mm Stainless Steel thick and durable cooking grids found on the Sovereign Series. They are durable, deliver excellent heat retention, searing power, and a 5-year warranty.
I like that these grills are available with a side burner and rotisserie. The side burner is perfect for creating mouth-watering side dishes, soups, or sauces while you grill. The powerful 15,000 BTU Stainless Steel Rotisserie Burner comes complete with a premium spit rod and motor, which delivers consistent even heat for excellent cooking results. The side burner and the rotisserie is available on the Sovereign XLS90 only.
Other great features offered on the Sovereign Series are fold-down side shelves (even the side burner shelves fold down), side shelf bins and tool hooks, and Flav-R-Heat Partitions. The Flav-R-Heat Partitions are heat zone separators that allow you to cook a variety of food simultaneously while using different heat levels.
The grills feature a cast aluminum housing which provides superior rust protection, and backed by a limited lifetime warranty!
Things To Consider:
While the limited lifetime warranty on the cook box is great, the warranty on the remaining grill components is lower than several other competitors. The Sovereign also lacks some of the extra features that can be found on Broil King's top of the line Regal and Imperial Series grills.
