Broil King offers a limited lifetime warranty on the cookbox (which includes lid, control panel & housing). The stainless steel Dual-Tube burners is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for ten (10) years. The stainless steel Flav-R-Wave cooking system, stainless steel grates are warranted for five (5) years. All remaining parts and paint are warranted for two (2) years.

Never have to buy another grill again!This was a surprised birthday gift for my husband. No regrets! After he took a few hours to assemble, he was awed by the high quality look. A very striking grill. Grilling has been amazing and pleasant experience. He can't stop thanking me. He stated "grilling time is less" because the grill heats up quickly. Excellent purchase experience with BBQGUYS!This is an awesome grill. I was a little reluctant to purchase an expensive grill. However, I have purchased 'cheaper' grill over the years and I was lucky to have them last 2 seasons. Then I needed to replace parts in order to keep them going. I can tell by the construction of this beast, it will last for years. I'd like to mention that there was a manufacturer delay due to COVID-19. Jamie from BBQGUYS contacted me several times via email to offer me updates as to when the grill would ship. They kept me updated and offered to have me select another grill if the delay was an inconvenience. It's cold in MI. I could wait. And I'm glad I did. This grill gets hot quickly. Just a totally new and great experience compared to the brands at the 'big box' stores. BTW, as can be guessed, the grill is quite heavy. Easy enough to assembled on your own and place it upright. | Bbq imperialBest bbq out there.i have always purchased a good bbq my last 2 where Ducanes and i thought they where good but the broil king is hands down the best. I love how you can control the temperature on them .i have even cooked pies on my bbq. | I have a dreamIt was my pride and joy to host family and friends this round. It was my turn. I've been filled with anticipation, preparing and visualizing every detail. Food grilled aromas, drinks clinking, tunes and laughter sounding, and all filling our relaxing outdoor courtyard. And the centerpiece of it all, my Broil King XLS Pro, an instrument of perfection, expertly slow roasting a complex banquet for my valued guests. And there I stood master of ceremony, at the helm of aperfectly orchestrated feast. I face the sun, with eyes closed, soaking in all the warm glory.. and .. and.. then I hear a scream of "Fire!" and I'm abruptly startled by some kid spraying the garden hose in my direction. | Very high quality grillPurchased Regal XLS several months ago. I am 69 years old and have had numerous grills including high end Weber Genesis series grills and Char broil Commercial Tru-infared grills. Even though they were good grills, this Broil King is superior in both quality and performance. I love the idea of the split grill concept - just have to fire up the right side for just the wife and me. When family and friends over, there is plenty of room for everything I cook. I also love the included rotisserie and rear burner. The back-lit control knobs are both functional and impressive at night. Grill heats up very quickly and even heat is maintained over entire grill surface. The stainless steel cooking grates are so heavy that they should never warp no matter how high the heat. Just cannot say enough good about this grill!!! By the way, set up on this grill is as easy as it gets - open box, affix casters, turn grill upright, unpack parts packed inside, affix side shelf and side burner, install grates, and done! | Was This Helpful? |

Things We Love:
Broil King's Regal and Imperial Series Gas Grills are top of the line for Broil King, especially the Imperial. They are a great value and are loaded with many great features. Some of my favorites include: control knob lights that are great for night time entertaining, storage shelves inside the cart, tool hooks with side shelf bins, and pull out tank drawers for the propane models. The Imperial Series also feature a pull out drawer in the side shelves, as well as interior oven lights.
I really like the Stainless Steel Dual Tube Burners. This Dual Tube design creates an efficient double row of flame, powered by a high BTU, which results in solid, high heat output. The Regal Series comes in 4, 5, and 6 burner configurations, and the Imperial Series comes in 5 and 6 burner configurations.
The Regal and Imperial Series also feature the Broil King Stainless Steel Flav-R-Wave flame tamers which are great. Above the Flav-R-Wave's, I love the heavy gauge, 9mm Stainless Steel thick and durable cooking grids found on the Regal Series. The Imperial Series cooking grids are even better and tougher, made of reversible Cast Stainless Steel. These reversible grids create steakhouse sear marks on one side, and the other side is grooved to capture juices for continuous basting.
I love that these grills come with a side burner and rotisserie. The side burner is perfect for creating mouth-watering side dishes, soups, or sauces while you grill. The powerful 15,000 BTU Stainless Steel Rotisserie Burner comes complete with a premium spit rod and motor, which delivers consistent even heat for excellent cooking results. The side burner isn't available on the Regal S420, and the rear burner isn't available on the Regal S420 & S440.
From a durability perspective I like the Stainless Steel Cook box with cast aluminum end caps, backed by a limited lifetime warranty. The Regal XLS and the Imperial XLS feature two independent stainless steel cook boxes that offer the ability to sear in one oven, while cooking at different temperatures in the other oven.
Things To Consider:
While the limited lifetime warranty on the cook box is great, the warranty on the remaining grill components is lower than several other competitors. Also note there is no ceramic infrared sear burner available.
