Dead on arrival.Just installed it out of the box and the hose that goes up to the nozzle leaks. It leaks at the crimp joint below the connector so it was something in the manufacturing process apparently. No way to correct that. Not what I expected for this price. On a side note, the faucet operates backwards of most other standard faucets. Usually, cold is pulling towards you and hot away. Not on this faucet. Customer service was helpful and said they would send a replacement right away. I will update upon receipt of the new faucet. | Was This Helpful? | |
