Breakfast Sausage Recipe With Jack Daniels


  • 2 lbs Ground Pork
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tsp Sage (fresh chopped)
  • 1/2 Tsp Dry Marjoram
  • 1/2 Tsp Dry Thyme
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Jack Daniels™


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and combine with a fork, just until well incorporated.
  2. On a sheet of plastic wrap, roll the pork mixture into a two inch diameter roll and place in the refrigerator for two hours and up to two days.
  3. Remove from refrigerator and cut roll into one to two inch pieces. Form into patties and grill over medium heat until the outside is well caramelized. (3-5 minutes per side)
  4. Remove and serve immediately
