The Skinny:
Portable version of a traditional brick oven; solid stainless steel construction; runs on either 1 lb. disposable or standard 20 lb. propane tank

Things To Love:
If you're looking for a pizza oven that is perfect for smaller patios, the Italia Artisan from Camp Chef is your best bet. One thing that really impresses me about this portable oven is the quality of the materials used. Despite its small frame, this oven cooks just like a traditional brick oven. It has a double-layered ceiling to enhance heat retention and a cordierite stone, which is a material that is used in kiln shelves, so it can definitely take the heat. The 17,000 BTU burner can heat the oven to over 700 degrees in as little as 15 minutes and I really like that Camp Chef gives you the option of running this oven on either a 1 lb disposable propane bottle, or to use the included regulator and 5-ft hose to hook it up to a standard 20 lb tank.

Things To Consider:
The small size makes this oven very portable, but the trade off is that you can't really cook pizzas larger than 12 inches in diameter. This isn't a problem for small families or if you're looking to make personal pizzas, but it may be difficult to feed large crowds.
