This series has three distinct models to meet your specific needs: the Smokin Tex 1100, Smokin Tex 1400, and Smokin Tex 1500. The 1100 smoker, which measures 14¾ inches wide by 21¼ inches wide, has a capacity of 23 pounds and features two shelves that can be adjusted to three different positions. The 1400 smoker, meanwhile, has room for up to 35 pounds of food, and its 17½-inch-by-29-inch frame holds three shelves that can be situated five different ways. For heavy-duty smoke sessions, the 1500 smoker is built 21 inches wide by 41 inches high to hold up to 80 pounds of food. It also has three shelves that can occupy eight different positions.
