| Wow, more features than Ill ever use!This is the best wireless thermometer ive used. I can put steaks on, set it up and just watch from inside the house. | Accuracy is keyWhen doing barbecue on large pieces of meat you want to have very accurate temperatures since the low and slow process takes quite a bit of time and you don't want anybody else to get sick. I turned these out for brisket and pork butt so far and I love how accurate these are. | Must Have for the Grill MasterThe BBQ Dragon Wireless Meat Thermometer is the ultimate tool for the master of the grill - and that would be me. Grilling is an art but takes time & this allows me to prepare my sauce and side items while being able to monitor the food on the grill while doing so. I use the preprogrammed options but you can manually enter goal temps as well. It not only monitors the temp but I can select the "taste" i.e. rare, medium rare, etc and the 2 probes are perfect when entertaining - it never fails that one guest wants their steak well while another wants it rare but now it's easy to monitor & everyone is happy. When the food is ready, the receiver lights up and beeps - you can't go wrong.
