Very Happy with the Grill and Customer Service
The grill is very well constructed and designed. I was a little concerned about its BTU power, but it turned out to be a non-issue. The flame is strong and even. There is no spot like some other brands I heard. I originally ordered one without rotisserie. A customer service rep later called to offer me one with rotisserie with no additional charge since the model I ordered was on a back order. It arrived in a perfect condition and the delivery company was very easy to work with.

Pros: Durable, Attractive Design, Easy To Assemble, Easy To Clean, Easy To Use

Good balance of quality and value!
This grill is really well designed and constructed. The full 304 stainless construction is normally found on much more expensive grills. The short-cuts that are taken on AOG grills compared to Fire Magic appear to be very minimal, making the AOG's a great value. I really enjoy cooking on this grill. The temperature is fairly uniform, but there is a small gradient from front to rear of the grates, even with the lid down - but nothing major. I still have occasional flare-ups, but again nothing major. The only negatives are the small caster wheels that only roll on smooth surfaces. Also, the side burner burner cover is a bit thin and the hinge is not a true hinge, kind of cheesy - but the burner itself is super nice, heavy brass. The lid closes flush, too. The lid, shelves and drawers are very rigid.

Pros: Easy To Use, Quality Construction, Short Grill Time, Great Design
Cons: Small Caster Wheels
Best Uses: For self/couple, Small Gatherings, Indirect Cooking, Great Searing

Bigger isnt always better.
I looked at the 36" monsters [@] Then I started thinking about how I'd use it. Really, 24 x 18 inches is plenty for anything but the largest party. With a side burner, rotis, and optional infrared burner, this thing can do everything, and do it in not a lot of space.I was a bit disapointed in the exterior finish quality. Some of the edges are just spot welded in place, leaving seams and gaps. Mind you, this is just in places where it wont affect performance, like around the controls. The actual grill box is seam welded so no drips. You can buy larger sexier looking grills for the same money, but they will all be Chinese. If you want a grill that is American made by a high end company and backed up by great support then this grill is for you.(I was a bit disapointed, they made a running change in the design of the rotis burner. It is no longer Inconel (which will last forever), its now ceramic.

Pros: Easy To Use, Easy To Cleanup, Short Grill Time, Easy Assembly, Optional Infrared Burner, American Made, Plenty of heat, Great Service, All Stainless Steel, Great Company, Multi- Fuel Enabled
Cons: Warming Rack Crowds grate, Finish quality not great
Best Uses: Weekend cooking, Patio, Anytime, Small Spaces
