Grease Management System
American Outdoor Grills feature uniquely styled stainless steel panels that are positioned to vaporize grease and drippings, adding barbeque flavor and aroma to the food that is cooking on your grill. AOG kept heat output and distribution in mind, having designed openings throughout the grilling surface that reduce flare ups and grease fires. The compact drip tray minimizes grease spills and makes cleanup easy.

Burner Design

AOG burners are made of 18-SR stainless steel (an alloy made with titanium and chromium). Because of this, AOG grills have greater strength, and greater resistance to oxidation and thermal reaction. the 16,000 BTU burners will stand up to the most corrosive conditions, not unlike to those found close to the ocean where salt water in the air usually breaks down grills easily. AOG guarantees their burners to last at least 15 years, most far exeeding that.

Rotisserie Infrared Backburner

The Infrared Backburner Sytem that AOG provides is constructed of INCONEL stainless steel, made to be more durable and make the burner system heat resistant, easy to clean and easy to use. The rotisserie burner is designed with your grilling in mind, mounted to one side, letting you use more of your grilling surface to prepare food and side dishes while you are cooking with the rotisserie.

Solid Brass Valves
AOG provides high quality commercial restaurant grade solid brass valves that provide very precise temperature control, ranging from 200 degrees F to over 825 degrees F at the grilling surface. The high quality valves in American Outdoor Grills allow for easy field conversion between natural gas and propane gas, giving you the ultimate adaptability for your patio or outdoor kitchen.

Warranty
American Outdoor Grill offers a great limited warranty on their grills. All of AOG's stainless steel burners are warranted for 15 years, and all other AOG grill parts are warranted for 10 years, the ignition system, accessories, and vaporizer panels are warranted for a whole year as well.
