What I've noticed comparing to other brands is they don't skimp on the chunk part of their product. You get nice big chunks of whatever wood you're smoking, as opposed to small leftover pieces like you see in similarly priced products. Their customer support is second to none. I had a question recently, and they near instantaneously had answered and resolved my concern. I was very impressed with their customer touch which they obviously take great care in maintaining.
