Full Description: TEC Sterling G3000 FR Infrared Propane Gas Grill On Cabinet: This TEC Sterling Grill is the most efficient, durable, and technologically advanced grilling system in the world. Unlike other gas grills, the TEC G3000 grill cooks with 100 percent infrared energy which eliminates the hot air and reduces moisture loss in the food by up to 35 percent. Its extremely fuel efficient using 50 percent less gas than other infrared burners on the market. TECs patented flare-proof stainless steel infrared burner system combined with the radiant glass emitter panel results in the most tender, juicy, charbroil flavored food ever. The position of the stainless steel cooking grates, radiant glass panels, and infrared burners creates even heat distribution across the cooking surface and virtually eliminates flare-ups. The TEC Sterling G3000 FR grill eliminates the need of a side burner because you can place your pots or pans on the cooking grids or radiant panels to heat chili, cook rice, etc (like an indoor cooktop). This American made infrared grill is built to last and does not rust or dent easily. It features a thick 304 stainless steel body (Lifetime Warranty), 14-gauge double lined stainless steel hood with an artistic curve, and quality machined aluminum knobs. The cabinet features double access doors and spacious left and right side work areas with two pull out drawers. It also features a 696 square inches of cooking area (522 primary), (3) stainless steel non-mesh infrared burners with a total of 48,000 BTUs (5 year warranty), stainless steel removable drip tray, and a warming rack to keep your food warm at all times. The push button battery ignition, self-cleaning glass radiant panels, and removable inner trim panels make it easy to clean and operate. TEC holds the patent on this technology.
