This outdoor natural gas oven is the essential ingredient in cooking fresh gourmet pizzas and other oven-baked favorites outdoors. Ideal for pizzas, desserts and breads, the UL listed and CSA certified pizza oven uses an electronic ignition to get the 16,000 BTU circular main burner started easily. This large capacity, outdoor approved oven has three cooking racks for versatility and can cook a pizza up to 16-inches. A heat diffuser over the burner distributes the heat evenly for a perfectly baked pizza every time. Monitoring the temperature and baking process is easy with the full view front window, temperature gauge and built-in halogen lights illuminate the interior for cooking at night. Clean up is easy with the built-in drip tray. The heat resistant handle on the hood keeps the grip cool for safe oven access. The high end stainless steel cart features a storage drawer, propane tank holder, casters for effortless relocation and fold down shelves for easy storage. A ceramic pizza stone for even baking, smoker box for adding flavor and cover are included to help get you started! Unit shipped as propane ready - orifices for conversion are included. Conversion must be done by a licensed professional.

Things To Love:
The Pacific Living PL8430 is a gas outdoor oven made with affordability in mind. You get the same features and performance as the Pacific Living PL8304, with the main difference being the quality of stainless steel.
We like the ease and convenience of this pizza oven. Lighting the oven is simple as turning a knob, very similar to an indoor oven. There's also an internal light and full view window so you can monitor food as it cooks. There are three removable cooking racks, and the oven also includes a pizza stone.
Things To Consider:
This oven may need more maintenance and care down the road in order to maintain its appearance. While the oven is made with stainless steel, not all grades of stainless are the same. This oven is constructed with 430 stainless, a lower grade that isn't the most durable on market, but it's more economical.
