The Fire Magic 30 Inch Charcoal Grill features a 540 square inch cooking surface, all stainless steel construction, and a heavy-duty stainless smoker hood with precise analog thermometer. The smoker hood features adjustable air shutters for easy temperature control. The adjustable cooking surface and easy-access charcoal drawer make adding charcoal and smoker chips a breeze. Smoker includes a charcoal shield for indirect cooking and a warming rack. Allow 10-12 inches from the back of the grill to the backsplash/wall for lid clearance when lid is open.

This grill/smoker is awesome!The Fire Magic Legacy 30" Built-in Smoker Charcoal Grill is a fantastic grill and smoker. I have finally had time to fire this unit up to smoke some meat on it it was fantastic. I started with a cheaper cut of Chuck Roast and it came out wonderful. The ability to feed charcoal and wood chunks through the front kept the smoker temperature from going down. It was also easy to maintain the lower temperature easily by adding lump charcoal at the same time as the smoke wood chunk flavor. The ability to raise and lower the coals once the chuck was resting allowed me to roast corn still in the husk without needing to add more charcoal. The vents on either side of the hood regulate the smoke wonderfully. I only used one side and used it like an offset smoker. Also, if you need to get this bad boy real hot for like a pizza stone, it will do in very fast. | Was This Helpful? | |
