Cookshack Series 50 Electric Smoker: The Cookshack series 50 smoker ovens produce hot or cold smoked foods by application of heat and wood smoke to meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, etc. Food cooks at a low temperature under static conditions. There are no drying drafts of air moving through the smoker. Product is tender, moist and has low shrink. Heat is supplied by a thermostatically-controlled 1200 watt heating element. Temperature range is from 125 degrees (F) to 250 degrees (F). The Cookshack smoker oven can be used to hold product. Smoke is created as wood smolders in its electrically heated wood box. 8 oz. Of wood smokes 30 pounds of product. Max load is 34 lbs.

Put a brisket in the Smokette before you leave for work. Come home to smoky, tender, juicy, melt-in-your-mouth brisket for dinner. Smoke ribs that will have your friends begging for more! And clean up is a snap. The Grills and racks go straight into the dishwasher. Drippings exit the smoker at the bottom into a pan which can be washed and reused, or discarded.

Made in the USA
Cookshack Smokers are solidly built in the USA of 16 and 18-gauge carbon steel and stainless steel. Some models have black powder-coated sides with a stainless steel top and interior. (We also carry other models that are all stainless steel.) The 850F insulation surrounding the sides and top keeps it safe and cool on the outside.
