Smokers are solidly built in the USA of 16 and 18-gauge carbon steel
and stainless steel. Some models have black powder-coated sides with
a stainless steel top and interior. (We also carry other models that
are all stainless steel.) The 850F insulation surrounding the sides
and top keeps it safe and cool on the outside.
