Highly regarded chef Kevin Rathbun, who owns several topnotch restaurants in Atlanta, also demonstrates a number of easy recipes to familiarize EGG owners with the various cooking techniques that can be employed when cooking in the EGG. This DVD can be played in a regular DVD player or using your computer's CDROM drive. The advantage of the CDROM version is that you can also print recipes or instructions you wish to use.
