It contains cypressene, a naturally occurring preservative that protects the tree from decay and insects. Cypress, a member of the Sequoia Redwood family, is a slow growing tree with wood that is very durable and stable. This wood comes from responsibly managed forests. We offer two different models of tables, Long and Compact, with EGG openings for all sizes but the Mini. This cypress table is made for the Small Big Green Egg and includes 4 heavy duty casters.
