This Bayou Classic Cypress Grill is handcrafted and constructed from high quality one-inch thick ceramic and can grill, barbecue, smoke, or bake. This grill does it all! It is easy to maintain temperature control with the rounded shape of the heavy ceramic on this Kamado-style grill, which creates an intense pressure that seals in moisture as radiating heat circulates and penetrates the food. No other conventional grill captures this function to such a high degree. The lump charcoal used in this grill burns hotter and longer, which requires less fuel and produces less ash, saving you money and clean-up time. The lid and hinge attachment is pre-assembled and the grill features a 18 1/2 inch stainless steel cooking surface, a stainless steel temperature gauge, sliding top vent and painted steel bands. Each Bayou Classic ceramic grill is finished with a beautiful Cypress Leaf design that has a distinctively different color pattern and texture that makes it uniquely yours and blends with any patio setting.
