    The photo shown for this product appears to have a hinge that allows it to bend to more of a curve however the Specs do not say anything about it able to bend. Is this piece straight or able hinged to bend? Also do you start the logs using this on the left side or do you start in the center of the oven then push the wood holder with logs to the left after they heat up?

    Hi, Sandy. The Forno Venetzia Wood Holder is straight and not hinged Forno Venetzia suggests lighting the wood in the center of the oven, and then moving the holder to the side.

    Once you push the wood over, do you keep the Paralegna Wood Holder in the pizza oven to keep the wood in place or do you take it out after the wood is pushed over?

    Answer:
    I leave the holder in place the entire time, there is no need to remove it to achieve maximum temperature and heating, plus it keeps the coals more orderly.

    Yes. It fits and will save you space holding your wood off to left. Without it you may not keep a good size fire for heat without taking up space.

    When will my item arrive?

    Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight.     Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb.
