30 Inch Stainless Steel Built-In Charcoal Grill with Adjustable Charcoal Tray: This BBQ Guys Built-In Charcoal Grill features all 304 grade, 20 gauge stainless steel construction; stainless steel cooking grids; 476 sq. Inches of cooking surface; adjustable charcoal tray; and ash dump. Front door opens so you can add charcoal for extended cooking times. Cutout Dimensions (in inches): 28 1/2 W x 17 1/2 D x 11 5/8 H. A minimum of 3 inches will be needed behind the unit for lid clearance.

Nice construction, burns hot
I used this grill for the first time last night and, overall, it is very well made, but burns quite hot. I believe this is due to the grill trays being too open and allowing too much air to go through. Even though I closed the air vents in the front and back of the grill and lower the charcoal all the way down, I still had 8-10" flames leaping up to the meat on the grill. I think a little Al foil will solve the problem, but it could use a design fix. No one wants to ruin a good steak because the grill is too hot. Fortunately, I was only doing burgers last night.

Nice BBQ
I purchased this grill about a month ago and I am very happy with it. I love charcoal grills because the food has better flavor than gas. I like how the charcoal try adjusts so i can put the coals real close to the food when i cook steaks and then i lower it when i cook chicken breasts. this grill seems real solid, i think the construction is good. another nice feature is the front door opens so you can add more charcoal.

Pros: Cooks efficiently, Adds flavor to meal

Best Uses: Anytime
