"Just wanted to send a short note to you regarding Leigh Ann. I ordered some BBQ components through your site recently, a sizeable order - $2000.00. There was problem with one component missing from the shipment. Leigh Ann acted immiediately to contact the manufacturer and straighten out the problem. She was very quick in responding to my emails and even contacting me personally to ensure I was in the loop and kept happy. She made sure they shipped the missing component ASAP - problem solved.
