The “EASY” Safety Control System

Rasmussen has adapted a new valve system to all safety pilot controls throughout our extensive line: Chillbuster Vent-free, ANSI Yellow Flame, LC/LD and accessory safety controls.

The Basic Elements

Please note: Rasmussen will only troubleshoot and warrant controls and remote transmitter devices that originated from Rasmussen. Use of remote devices other than those supplied by Rasmussen are not supported or warranted.

Features and Benefits of Rasmussen's EASY system:

One valve body - Allows better parts control, easier troubleshooting and serviceability and Consistency throughout the Rasmussen line.

Versitility - Multiple fuctionality with same valve body - Manual, Latching Solenoid On/Off "Remote Ready" and Variable Flame Height Remote Control.

Upgradeable functionality - Add conponents rather than replace valve or entire burner/control assembly.

Safety seal equipped - prevents leakage of gas when plug or accessory is removed.

Battery powered (for latching solenoid and varialbe remote motor drive) - Not dependent on inconsistencies of thermopiles.

Control can be used as a Manual control while awaiting replacement part for latching solenoid or motor drive - No downtime!

* Note: RPK3E and SE “Remote Ready” are equipped with receivers and require the addition of a Wireless Remote Transmitter Device (sold separately) to be functional.
- Manual controls may be upgraded to Remote Ready functionality with the “SE-UP1” kit *.
- Manual and Remote Ready controls may be upgraded to Variable Flame Height Remote Control with the “RE-UP1” kit.
