Weber Charcoal Grill Tips
For over 50 years, Weber has been a leader in the BBQ industry. Weber One-Touch grills are often imitated by others, but Weber offers a
cooking experience that is unmatched by other brands. Whether you're new to outdoor cooking or a grilling master, Weber has a charcoal grill for everybody.
Here's a closer look at what makes the Weber charcoal grill so special.
- Durability - Weber grills are coated with porcelain-enamel that is fired onto the bowl and lid at 1500°F, which fuses the finish
to the steel. The only thing you'll have to do is clean the grill with soapy water when necessary, and your grill will look like it's new.
- Superior Cleaning - What makes a Weber so easy to clean? It's the One-Touch cleaning system. Simply sweep the ashes into the aluminum catch pan or the
enclosed ash catcher (Gold & Performer models only).
- Temperature Control - Weber kettle grills are precision enigneered for perfect convection. Also, rust resistant dampers allow for easy
control of the airflow into and out of the grill. Opening the dampers will allow the heat to rise, while closing the dampers will cause the fire to die out. Set the dampers in the
middle and the grill will maintain a moderate constant cooking temperature necessary for slow cooking. Just add a little charcoal roughly each hour.
